EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

In 1993, after a one-year stay in Grenoble, France, she obtained the Diploma of French Law from the University of Pierre Mendès France Grenoble II. In 1994, she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. She defended her Master’s thesis at the Department of Civil Law. During the years 1994-1995, she completed Postgraduate Studies in European Law with a certificate from the University of Łódź and University of Utrecht (the Netherlands).

In 1997, she completed an internship at the Council of Europe – European Court of Human Rights, and then a one-year course for attorneys representing parties before this Court. In 1999, she completed an internship at a Law Firm in Belgium (Charleroi – Wallonia). She completed her attorney traineeship in 1997 – 2001. Since April 2001, she has been running her own legal practice.

In 2003, she took a six-month course in the field of European Funds at the University of Łódź. Between 2003 and 2005, she completed postgraduate studies in French Law at the School of French Law at the University of Łódź and the University of Tours.

During 2008-2011, she taught negotiation techniques at the School of French Law at the University of Łódź and conducted the classes in French.

In the years 2008-2011, she was the Deputy Disciplinary Ombudsman at the District Bar Council in Łódź.

Between 2010 and 2013, she was a member of the Trainee Training Committee at the District Bar Council in Łódź.

Since 2016, she has been teaching MBA students of the Polish-French Management Studies at the University of Łódź – she teaches Polish labour law and commercial law – classes are conducted in French.

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES:

Since 2001, she has been a member of the Polish Chamber of Industry and Commerce in France with its seat in Paris. Since 2009, she has been its representative and since 2019 acted as a member of the Management Board.

She is a co-founder of droitpolonais.fr – an information service on Polish law for French and French speakers.

In March 2015, she was awarded the title of “VIP Graduate” of the University of Łódź.

She is the secretary general of the Polish section of the Henri Capitant Association.
