We specialize in providing services to capital groups, including companies with foreign capital and international business entities, in particular large and medium-sized enterprises operating in Poland and other European Union countries.
The main idea is to provide a corporate client with comprehensive legal assistance in terms of day-to-day advice and legal services. We also support large projects, advising on methods of managing them.
We bring foreign entities into the Polish market, including preparation of project feasibility studies, due diligence analysis, assisting the client in the legal and administrative procedure regarding the purchase of real estate, in construction process, real estate lease and in hiring employees. We often take over the provision of services to the Client as a local lawyer from large international law firms at the time when the company enters the operational phase.
In the field of legal aid for private individuals, we specialize in civil law (including in matters of family and
guardianship law, divorce and alimony), commercial law and labour law.

Our Team consists of lawyers with a wide range of professional interests. Because of that,we can provide services in various areas of law, depending on the Client's needs.
Our strength is language competence. We provide legal services in French, English and Italian. We also speak German, Spanish and Russian.
In the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are able to provide comprehensive legal services remotely, using any available methods and IT tools. We have adapted our work methodology to the new digital requirements posed in contacts with the external environment, including courts and public bodies.
