Jakub Tomes – Advocate

He provides ongoing legal services to entrepreneurs, particularly from the manufacturing and BPO sectors. His areas of specialization include labor law, compliance, and personal data protection.

• Born in 1994 in Łódź.
• From 2019 to 2022, he completed his attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Łódź.

Education

• In 2018, he graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź.
• He defended his master’s thesis at the Chair of Civil Procedure I.
• In September 2018, he ranked first in the entrance exam for the attorney apprenticeship.

Additional Activities

• In February 2020, he won first place in the Trainee Knowledge Tournament organized by the Association of Attorney Trainees of the Warsaw Bar Association.
• During his studies, he served as Coordinator of the Career Office of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Łódź.
• He joined the Law Firm in July 2017.
• He is the leader of the HR Breakfast project and editor of the Law Firm’s newsletters.
• He is co-author of the legal section of the Entrepreneur’s Handbook (Vademecum Przedsiębiorcy), prepared by the Law Firm in cooperation with the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce.
