Partner at the Law Firm. She provides ongoing legal services to entrepreneurs, including companies with foreign capital. Her areas of specialization include intellectual property law and new technologies law.

• Born in 1991 in Łódź.
• Practicing as an attorney-at-law since July 2019.

Education

• In July 2013, she completed postgraduate studies at the French Law School, organized by the University of Łódź and the University of Tours.
• In 2015, she defended her master’s thesis at the Chair of Civil Law.
• In 2016, she completed an internship at a law firm in Lyon.
• From 2016 to 2018, she undertook attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Łódź.
• In 2025, she defended with distinction her doctoral dissertation in intellectual property law entitled “The Musical Work in Phonographic Production – Copyright Considerations.”

Additional Activities

• She joined the Law Firm in June 2013.
• She is an Assistant Professor at the Chair of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Łódź – conducting classes in civil law and intellectual property law.
• She is co-founder of droitpolonais.fr, an informational platform on Polish law for French and francophone audiences.
• She is a founding member and board member of the association “RFE Pologne” – Réseau Francophone de l’Entrepreneuriat – Francophone Entrepreneurs Network.
• From 2020 to 2024, she served as Vice-President of the Alliance Française Łódź Association.
• Since August 2024, she has been President of the Board of the Muzyko Foundation.
• From 2020 to 2022, she conducted training sessions and workshops on various fields of law for NGO members as part of the project “sPrawny ekspert pozarządowy” (“Efficient NGO Legal Expert”).
• She is the author of publications in the field of intellectual property law, published among others in the Scientific Journals of the Jagiellonian University and in the journal Transformacje Prawa Prywatnego (Transformations of Private Law).
• She actively participates in academic and international conferences.
• In 2023, she was awarded the Medal of the Henri Capitant Association (Association Henri Capitant).
