Entrepreneur's Handbook Vademecum Przedsiębiorcy
Upon invitation of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, our Law Office co-authored a guide for Polish companies cooperating with Ukraine and Ukrainian entrepreneurs starting a business in Poland. The publication contains practical legal, tax and financial information, including:
- Rules for registering a business in both countries
- Basics of labour law
- Selected aspects of contract law and civil liability
- Differences in tax systems
- Formal requirements for cross-border cooperation
The guide clearly explains legal complexities, making it easier for entrepreneurs to operate efficiently in the Polish-Ukrainian business environment.
HR breakfasts
Organised for over 6 years in cooperation with Gravet Consulting Sp. z o.o., HR Breakfasts are a series of meetings dedicated to HR specialists, management and entrepreneurs. The events take place regularly and during the meetings our experts analyse issues of key importance to employers, focusing on practical aspects of law and the labour market. We use both stationary and online formats.
During the meetings, we discuss the latest legislative changes and practical solutions, as well as answer participants’ questions. After each session, we send participants an information bulletin summarising the meeting.
The project combines educational value with the opportunity for participants to exchange experiences, creating a unique platform for dialogue between the world of HR and legal practice. The free format of the meetings makes expert knowledge available to all interested parties.
