Preparation and analysis of agreements related to the Client's activities towards employees, such as agreements on benefits financed from the social benefits fund, training or assessment for employees, benefits provided by the employer (health packages, multi-sport cards, etc.);
Drafting internal labour law documents, i.e. work regulations, remuneration regulations, regulations of the company social benefits fund and social committee, employee council regulations, remote work regulations, policies, etc.;
Creating compliance policies and codes of ethics as well as whistleblowing systems in accordance with EU regulations;
Representing the Client before labour courts of all instances, as well as representation in proceedings conducted by state and local government authorities;
Handling proceedings related to the employment of foreigners;
Negotiations and advice on cooperation with trade unions;

We are available by phone and via instant messaging services such as WhatsApp and Signal to respond proactively to urgent client enquiries. Daily communication is conducted by email. Meetings take place at the client’s premises, at our office or online.
