The Legal Office of attorney Alicja Bień was established in March, 2001 and it is located at 47 Pawilońska Street in Łódź.

We provide services to international companies and large and medium-sized enterprises operating in Poland, with particular emphasis on the issues of civil and commercial law, labor law, contract liability, public procurement law, construction law, real estate law, energy law, data protection personal, intellectual property, competition and consumer law as well as debt collection.

We provide comprehensive legal advice – in particular, permanent legal service for Polish and foreign entrepreneurs. We provide services in the field of introducing foreign companies to the Polish market, preparing a project feasibility study, due diligence, accompanying the client throughout the entire legal and administrative procedure related to the purchase of real estate, construction/ lease premises, hiring staff up to the ongoing business activity legal advising. We provide project support services using their management methods as well.

The team of the Legal Office is designed to provide not only reliable legal services in Polish, but also English, French and Italian. Our lawyers also speak German, Spanish and Russian.

The team od the Legal Office can also provide counselling for other law areas such as family law, child custody, including divorce and maintenance issues with particular emphasis on international cases in this area. Long-term experience in all of foregoing areas also includes international cases – when one of the dispute party resides outside the country.

We also often take over customer service as a local lawyer after large international law corporations – when the company enters the operational phase.
