Sybilla Graczyk – Advocate

• Born in 1972 in Łódź.
• Since 2001, she has been running her own law practice, providing legal services to entrepreneurs and non-governmental organizations.

Education

• In 1995, she completed the International Summer Course on Business and Commercial Law in Kraków.
• From September 1995 to January 1996, she studied at the University of Limburg in Maastricht.
• In 1996, she defended her master’s thesis at the Chair of Civil Law, Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Łódź.
• In 2003, she completed doctoral studies in the field of consumer protection in Polish law.
• From 1997 to 2001, she undertook her attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Łódź.

Additional Activities

• From 1997 to 2004, while working at the Competition Law Firm of attorney Marek Tadeusiak, she contributed to the development of Polish consumer protection law and state aid law.
• She cooperates with the Educational Foundation for Entrepreneurship.
• Within her cooperation with the Polish Consumers Association and the Consumer Foundation, she conducts training for consumer ombudsmen, consumers, and entrepreneurs.
• For many years, she has been training, supporting, and providing consultations to lawyers working for the Consumer Helpline run by the Polish Consumers Association and the Consumer Foundation on behalf of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
• Advising companies in the telecommunications sector, she conducts proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) and the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE).
• From 2003 to 2018, she conducted seminars, lectures, and classes at the University of Łódź in the fields of business law and intellectual property law.
• Since 2009, she has been a member of the Supervisory Board of a company listed on NewConnect of the Warsaw Stock Exchange; until early 2025, she served as Chair of the Board.
• In August 2017, she completed the “Train-the-Trainers” course in Brussels on consumer law for small and medium-sized enterprises, within the framework of the Consumer Law Ready project, obtaining the title of Consumer Law Ready National Trainer, awarded by BEUC – The European Consumer Organisation.
• She has been cooperating with the Law Firm since 2018.
• She is co-author of the legal section of the Entrepreneur’s Handbook (Vademecum Przedsiębiorcy), prepared by the Law Firm in cooperation with the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce.
