Anna Ryznar – Advocate, Mediator

She represents both individual and corporate clients in court proceedings and provides ongoing legal services to entrepreneurs. She is also a professional mediator. Her professional experience includes working in capital companies.

• Born in 1978 in Przemyśl.
• Practicing as an attorney-at-law since July 2018, and as a professional mediator since February 2021.

Education

• In 2002, she graduated in International Relations and Diplomacy, simultaneously obtaining a B.A. degree from National Louis University in Chicago.
• In 2003, she completed postgraduate studies in European Integration at the University of Warsaw.
• In 2014, she graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Łódź, defending her master’s thesis at the Chair of Civil Procedure.
• From 2015 to 2017, she undertook her attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Łódź.
• In 2024, she completed postgraduate studies in Public Procurement Law at the Chair of European Business Law, Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Łódź.

Additional Activities

• From 2002 to 2018, she gained professional experience working in several commercial companies in legal and international markets departments.
• Since 2018, she has been running her own legal practice.
• Since 2021, she has been a professional mediator, including a permanent court mediator at the Regional Court in Łódź and the Regional Court in Warsaw, mediating in civil, commercial, and family law cases.
• She has been cooperating with the Law Firm since February 2022.
