The Legal Office of attorney Alicja Bień  was established in March, 2001. Today the team of the Legal Office consists of a group of professionals such as attorneys, legal advisors lawyers and law trainees, permanent cooperating with the notaries, audit and consulting firms , tax advisors , certified auditors , EU funds consulting firms and Law Offices from the European Union.

 

We provide comprehensive legal services to Polish and foreign business entities as well as to individual Clients.
Our Clients are not only international corporations with French, American , Belgian , Swiss capital , but also medium and small entities.

 

We provide our services for the introduction of foreign companies on the Polish market , providing a range of services including the preparation of a feasibility study , due diligence , accompanying the Client throughout the legal and administrative procedure associated with the purchase of real estate, construction/ lease premises , hiring staff up to the ongoing business activity legal advising.
